Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped directly from our brand partners and suppliers. Processing times vary by brand, typically 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the supplier's warehouse:
- Domestic (US): 5–10 business days
You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Because we work with multiple suppliers, orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate shipments.
Backcountry Moto Co is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances outside our control.
Return & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We want you to be stoked on your gear. If something isn't right, here's how it works:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- To initiate a return, contact us through the contact form wiith your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, we'll provide a return shipping label or instructions from the relevant supplier
Exchanges: We recommend returning your item and placing a new order for the correct item to ensure fastest turnaround.
Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return being received and inspected.
Final sale items, installed parts, and special orders are not eligible for return.

How do we choose our brands
Every brand in our store is one we've personally vetted. We ride, test, and trust the gear we sell — if it doesn't hold up in the backcountry, it doesn't make the cut.
Our selection criteria:
- Performance: Does it perform under real conditions — dirt, dust, elevation, and abuse?
- Quality: Is it built to last, not just look good on a shelf?
- Reputation: Is the brand respected within the moto and adventure riding community?
- Values: Do they share our ethos of getting out, riding hard, and respecting the terrain?
We'd rather carry a small, curated selection of gear we believe in than a massive catalog of products we don't stand behind.
